Shipping & Returns

Shipping. We ship across the United States from our own facility. Most orders leave within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is a flat $6.99, and shipping is free on orders over $75. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Returns. If something is not right, you can return unused gear in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Game balls and apparel must be unused with tags where applicable. To start a return, email support@vbglobalgoodies.store with your order number.

Damaged or wrong items. If an item arrives damaged or an order is incorrect, email us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
